POSITION: COOK / CHEF CASUAL
The Alexander Aged Care Centre is a boutique modern 90 bed home. The home supports people requiring all levels of care including a 10 bed memory support unit. The facility is highly regarded in the community and is run by an organisation committed to providing the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents
Ensure meals meet individual dietary requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional care
Eligibility Criteria:
Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts as required
Excellent time management skills
Current Police Record Check (PRC) & current influenza vaccination (2025)
COVID-19 Vaccination (3rd Dose minimum)
